摘　　要：针对社会公众对国家空间地理信息资源,特别是国家基本比例尺地形图的开放使用与保密问题中的一些模糊认识,从知识产权属性、地形图的生产原理以及在空间地理信息资源共享中应用互联网技术应注意的问题等几个方面予以廓清,并介绍了国家有关方面在国家空间地理信息资源的开放使用与保密管理方面的研究思路。Public have fuzzy understanding of national geospatial information resources, especially of security management and open use of national basic scale topographic maps. The current efforts of security management and open use of national basic scale topographic map are described. The authors give some considerations of intellectual property of geospatial information resources based on several relevant laws and the process of topographic mapping. It is necessary to keep secret geospatial information resources.
