摘　　要：针对移动通信部门对网络规划及优化的要求,采用具有强大地图分析功能的MapX和组件技术建立了一个Client/Server模式的GIS与MIS技术相结合的移动通信网络优化系统,可为移动通信网管人员提供高效、直观的管理,为网络规划及优化提供辅助决策。Directed against the request in network planning and optimization of mobile communication department, it adopts MapX with strong map analysis function and COM technology and sets up the mobile communication Network optimization system, which is integrated in GIS technology and MIS technology in Client/Server mode. It can offer a high-efficient and ocular management and aid decision to network planning and optimization.
