摘　　要：本文试图通过对高校思想政治教育系统的基本特性的认识和分析,论述建立科学、 有序的高校思想政治教育系统管理是提高高校思想政治教育的实效性基本保证。This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the systemaic management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It further illustrates that to exercise a scientific,ordered,and systematic management can guarantee an actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
