摘　　要：本文对"底层框架-抗震墙"砌体结构房屋设计提出了合理的结构布置形式,加强过度层的刚度,采取构造措施,保证底层框架砌体房屋抗震性能。'The passage forward a rationd form or building consteuction-the frame of the ground floor-anti-seismic , in which it can strengthen its rigidity of transitiond layer ,and eren with the help of its constraction , ersure its anti-seismici wall , transitional layer , requirements of structuares .
