摘　　要：目的:关注葛根素注射液所致不良反应发生的特点。方法:对1998年~2002年文献报道葛根素注射液出现的不良反应进行分析。结果:葛根素注射液的不良反应临床表现以药热、药疹、溶血及休克最为常见,多发生在用药的1d^20d,高剂量(400mg以上)及连续用药时更易发生。结论:葛根素注射液不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,应用时应高度重视。Objective:To pay attention to characteristics of ADRs induced by Puerarin injection. Methods:Consulting the reports published during 1998-2002 to analyze ADRs induced by puerarin injection. Results: Primary symptoms of ADRs induced by puerarin injection were fever,anthema,hemolysis and shock,and ADRs usually occurred in 1 day - 20 days. It seemed that drug with high dosage(≥400mg) , or continuous administration tended to induce more ADRs. Conclusion: ADRs induced by puerarin injection are correlative with multiple factors.
