摘　　要：目的:对别嘌醇引起的381例不良反应进行分析。方法:收集有关别嘌醇不良反应的文献,总结归纳别嘌醇引起的不良反应。结果:381例别嘌醇不良反应中,死亡42例(占11.02%),死亡率高,应引起注意。最常见的不良反应为皮肤-粘膜反应,共369例(占96.85%),其主要表现为药疹。其次是发热,肝、肾功能损害、血液系统损害等不良反应。结论:临床上使用该药时应加强药品不良反应监测。Objetive:To review adverse reactions related to allopurinol.Methods:Collecting and analysis the adverse reactions of allopurinol.Results:The dead rate of allopurinol was 11.02%,and the most frequent adverse reactions of allopurinol were mucocutaneous whose occurance rate were 96.85%,and the adverse effects of allopurinol were maily rash,follwed by fever,hepatic and renal function abnormal.Conclusion:It is very important to enhance ADR monitoring in their cliniccal use.
