熊胆与猴胆、鸡胆汁的高效毛细管电泳法鉴别

摘　　要：目的:为严格把好质量关,鉴别熊胆与几种动物的胆汁。方法:利用高效毛细管电泳法,条件为石英毛细管70μm×60cm,电极缓冲液30mmol蛐L硼酸盐溶液(pH=8.5),电压20kv,检测波长210nm。结果:在该分离条件下,获得熊胆与几种动物胆结石、胆汁的特征性电泳图谱。结论:通过该方法所得电泳图谱,可以很容易鉴别熊胆与我们所搜集的作为灌入熊胆囊皮冒充熊胆的其他动物胆汁,方法简便、快速、准确,可用于熊胆等中药的有效鉴别。Objective:To controll the qualities of the medicine of TCM strictly and identify Fel Ursi and several kinds of gall juice of animals.Methods:The high efficiency capillary electrophoresis was utilized with 70μm×60cm in quartz capillary tubes,electrodes buffers liquid(pH=8.5)of 30mmol/L borate solution.Detecting wavelength was 200nm and voltage 20kv.Results:Under separation this condition,the characteristic electrophotograms of electrophoresis about Fel Ursi and several kinds of cholelith bile of animals were obtained.Conclusion:Having the aid of these illustrative plates,distinction of Fel Ursi and its artificials become easy,the method is portable,quick and accurate,effective for distinction of Chinese medicine such as Fel Ursi and gall juice of animals that were pur in coronas which were pretend to be Fel Ursi.
