摘　　要：目的:建立一个新的RP-HPLC法测定盐酸芦氟沙星胶囊含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-packODS柱,以0.05mol蛐L磷酸溶液(取磷酸6.8mL,加水1000mL,用三乙胺调节pH至2.5±0.02)-乙腈(80:20)为流动相,检测波长为246nm。结果:在10μg蛐mL～80μg蛐mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99999。平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD=0.61%。结论:本法检测灵敏度高、重现性好、结果准确。Objective:A new chromatographic system was established for determination of rufloxacin hydrochloride by RP-HPLC.Methods:The analytical column was shim-pack ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)and the mobile phase consisted of phosphoric acid solution(phosphoric acid of 6.8mL was added to 1000mL of water and the pH was adjusted to 2.5±0.02 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile(80:20).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 246nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range from 10μg/mL to 80μg/mL with r=0.99999.The average recovery from sample was 100.1% (RSD was 0.37%).Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible and accurate.
