磁县食管癌的防治

摘　　要：本文总结河北省磁县自1969～2000年食管癌的死亡情况及防治结果.磁县自20世纪60年代至21世纪初,由于持续采取综合防治措施,食管癌发病率明显下降,各年代依次为140.88/10万、128.35/10万、107.95/万、89.10/10万、86.17/10万,趋势检验χ2=563.40,P＜0.001,有显著差异.Objective To describe the results of esophageal cancer prevention.Methods We adopted methods of death registry report of cancer,the first level prevention,the second level prevention and polyprevention.Results The mortality rates of esophageal cancer has a trend of descend from 1960s to the beginning of 21st century,which was 140.88/100 000,128.35/100 000,107.95/100 000,89.10/100 000,86.17/100 000 respectively(the trend test χ~2 =563.40,P<0.001).Conclusion The mortality rate of esophageal cancer has descend obviously from 1970 to 2000.
