摘  要:从结构上分析了同时掺杂Co和Zn的作用机理,改变Zn的加入方式,制备了Ni(OH)_2,并检测其部分物理性能。结果表明:化学共沉淀法掺杂Co,Zn,因Ni^(2+),Co^(2+),Zn^(2+)的氢氧化物能形成固溶体,使电极缺陷浓度增加,导电性提高。Zn为定价元素,充、放电时能稳定活性物质的晶体结构,对抑制过充时形成γ-NiOOH有利。Zn以ZnO_2^(2-)的方式引入反应器,与以Zn^(2+)引入反应器相比,所得氢氧化镍的BET比表面及d_(001),FWHM_(001)和FWHM_(101)值明显增大,晶粒减小,活性物质利用率提高,为制备高活性球形氢氧化镍探索了一条新途径。The functional mechanism of Co and Zn on spheric nickel hydroxides were analyzed in the viewpoint of structure. Spheric nickel hydroxides were prepared with the change of dopping way of zinc and its physical properties were partly determined. The results show that chemical co-deposition of Co and Zn with Ni can increase the defect content and improve electric conductivity because the hydroxides of Co^(2+) , Zn^(2+) , Ni^(2+) can form solid solution under suitable conditions. Zinc is an element with stable bond value, which can stabilize the crystal structure of the active materials of Ni(OH)_2 when charging and discharging is effective in preventing forming γ-NiOOH. Zinc, when dopping in the form of ZnO_2^(2-) to reactor, can obtain spheric Ni(OH)_2 with larger value of d_(001) , FWHM_(001), and FWHM_(101), smaller crystal grains and higher electrochemical activity than that of Ni(OH)_2 dopping Zn in the way of Zn^(2+).
