摘  要:对比了目前3种工业制高纯氮方法的优劣的基础上,阐述了气体膜分离制高纯氮的基本原理和工艺流程,分析了动力学直径在气体膜分离制高纯氮工业中对渗透系数及选择性因子的影响、PSA(变压吸附法)和膜分离法的经济性,指出了膜分离法在工业制氮中的重要性及其发展趋势。Based on contrasting the merits and shortcomings of three previous industrial processes of producing high-purity nitrogen, this article prescribed the basic principle of gasmembrane separation and technological flow briefly, analyzed that dynamics diameter would effect on coefficient of permeability and selectivity factor during industrial processes of producing high-purity nitrogen with gas membrane deeply, especially, this article analyzed and contrasted the economics of pressure swift absorption technology and gas-membrane separation technology, and pointed out that gas-membrane separation separation technology is very important for industrial processor of producing high-purity nitrogen, meanwhile this article looked forward to the future of gas membrane separation technology of producing high-purity nitrogen.
