摘  要:制备了一种工作温度约1 173 K的C/C复合材料抗氧化复合涂层,它由磷酸盐过渡层和陶瓷相阻挡层构成,通过与单一陶瓷相涂层的对比试验研究了它的抗氧化机理。涂覆有该复合涂层的C/C复合材料试样,在空气中1 173 K时氧化10 h的失重率为11.25%,氧化失重率为9.84×10^(-5)g/(cm^2·min),而且其氧化失重率随氧化时间延长而降低;4 h内经过30次从1 173 K至室温急冷急热循环后,失重率为6.38%,涂层基本完好,说明涂层在温度不超过1 173 K时具有良好的抗氧化性和抗热震性。该种涂层适合于中温下C/C复合材料的抗氧化保护。An multilayer oxidation protection coating on carbon-carbon composites consisting of phosphatic transition layer and ceramic phase barrier was prepared, its work temperature in air is about 1173K. The mechanism of anti-oxidation was studied through the comparison tests of single ceramic phase coatings. Results show that a carbon-carbon composites sample with multilayer coating lost only 11.25% mass after being oxidized in air at 1173K for 10 h, oxidative mass loss rate was 9.84×10^(-5) g/(cm^2·min), and its oxidative speed decreases while oxidative time extends. Oxidative mass loss rate was 6.38% after being circulated in air from 1173 K to room temperature and vice versa for 30 times in 4 h, The perfect condition of coatings indicate that the multilayer coatings can provide attractive oxidation protection and thermal shock resistance at the temperature no more than 1173 K. It can be adapted to oxidation protection on carbon-carbon composites at middle temperature.
