摘  要:为深入研究磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)/聚乳酸-聚羟基乙酸(PLGA)生物复合材料的制备工艺及性能,也为临床应用提供理论依据,实验制备了CPC-PLGA生物复合材料;并通过测定该材料在模拟体液中浸泡后引起的浸泡液pH值的变化,以及采用JSM 5600LV型扫描电镜观察该材料在体外降解后的微观形貌,间接评估了该材料引起体液pH值的变化以及该材料降解性能对人体细胞和骨组织可能存在的影响。结果表明,所制备的CPCPLGA复合材料没有引起浸泡液pH值的较大波动,该值始终处于人体安全范围之内,对人体细胞的刺激影响将会较小;由于该材料复合了高分子聚合物PLGA,使其具有良好的降解性,可为骨组织细胞、血管等的粘附和生成创造良好的条件。To provide a theory evidence for clinical applications,and to understand the preparation and some properties of biocomposite of calcium phosphate cements(CPC)/polyglycolic-polylactic acid(PLGA),the composite of CPC-PLGA was experimentally prepared,the changes of the pH value of the CPC-PLGA composite after immersed in a simulated body fluid of human being was measured;the microstructure of CPC-PLGA after degradation was studied by Scan electron microscope JSM5600LV,therefore the potential influences on human being′s cells and bone tissues of both the pH value changes of body fluid and the degradation property of CPC-LGA composite were indirectly evaluated.Results show that pH value of the simulated body fluid changed a little,this indicates a small influence on cells;in addition,the CPC-PLGA composite exhibited a good degradation property,which could create a good place for the adherence and growth of human being cells and bone tissues.
