摘 要:报道了在溶胶 凝胶法制备的二氧化硅溶胶中共掺Ca2+,K+及Eu3+,复合凝胶在空气中经600℃热处理后,硅凝胶发生晶化并形成硅酸盐多晶结构,紫外激发下该复合凝胶发射强蓝紫色荧光。荧光光谱表明掺杂Eu3+已变成相应的还原态Eu2+或[(Eu3+)-],Eu3+还原与凝胶晶化密切相关。相对于基质中硅,凝胶中Eu2+荧光猝灭浓度约为0.28at%;Eu2+间的激化能按库仑作用机理传递,传递距离约为1 55nm。Eu2+ ion is an important activator used in optical materials, but it is not steady in aqueous solution or for air. In this work we reported the crystlization and luminescent properties of Ca2+, K+ and Eu3+ codoped complex silica gels prepared by solgel procceding from TEOS. Eu3+ ions doped in the gel can be reducted after gels annealed in the air, the transition temperature is about 600 ℃, result of XRD show complex gel belonging to polycrystalline system. When irradiated by UVray the complex gels give off intense luminescence around 400~450 nm. The luminescent quenching concentration of activators is 0.28at% in the gel and corresponding energytransition radius is about 1.55 nm.
