咳安的镇咳祛痰作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究咳安的镇咳祛痰作用。方法 :采用体内与体外两种方法观察咳安的镇咳祛痰作用。结果 :咳安能延长机械刺激引发的豚鼠咳嗽及二氧化硫诱导的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期 ,增加大鼠痰液分泌量及小鼠酚红排泌量 ,改善组织胺所致的豚鼠离体气管痉挛。结论 :咳安有良好的镇咳祛痰作用。Objective: To study antitussive and expectorant action of KeAnMethods: The antitussive and expectorant action of KeAn was observed in virtro and vivoResults: KeAn could prolangate incubation period of tussis induced by mechanical stimuliting in quine pig and by sulfur dioxide in mice, enhanced excretion of phlegm in rats and phenol red in mice, improve trachea smooth muscles spasm of quine pig caused by histamine in vitro Conclusion: KeAn has the better antitussive and expectorant action
