摘　　要：本文根据对北京大兴县礼贤镇所做的实地调查 ,结合当地经济发展状况以及小城镇建设方面的初步设想 ,分析了小城镇建设的战略意义 。Based on the investigation in Lixian,one of the towns in Daxing county of Beijing,the paper analyzes the strategic significance of small cities and towns after introducing economic condition and their initial blueprint of small cities and towns development.Finally,the author puts forward several countermeasures about how to develop small cities and towns in less developed towns such as Lixin.
