摘　　要：本文通过对北京平谷县峪口镇小城镇建设的实地调查,分析了该镇小城镇建设的现状、问题,借此列举了当前我国在小城镇建设中存在的模式单一、资金不足以及管理不善等一系列问题。based on the investigation of the small town construction in Yukou township of Beijing the paper analyzed its present development situation in this aspect and put forward its existing problems.Thereby,the paper listed several problems in China's small town construction,such as single pattern,funds shortage,inefficient management,and so on.Meanwhile,the paper gave several countermeasures to above problems.
