脑CTA临床应用价值的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的对脑ＣＴＡ临床应用价值作一初步评估。材料与方法１９例脑血管病变、脑膜瘤患者行脑ＣＴＡ检查。主要扫描技术参数：层厚１ｍｍ，螺距１，对比剂６０％泛影葡胺，给药速度３ｍｌ／ｓ，按Ｔ＝１３ × ６０／Ｆ＋Ｔ１２０计算延迟时间。图像重建采用最大强度投影（Ｍａｘｉｕｍ Ｉｎｔｅｎｓｉｔｙ Ｐｒｏｊｅｃｔｉｏｎ，ＭＩＰ）。结果脑血管 ＭＩＰ图像较真实地显示血管形态和病变。Purpose To evaluate application and the value of the cerebral CTA.Materials and Methods We examine 19 patients of the cerebral vessel diseases and the meniges tumer with CTA. The main scan technich:the layer thick is lmm,PITCH is l' The contrast material is 60% Meglucamine Diatrizoate. The injection speed is 3ml/s.and the delay time is calculated according to the formular:T= 13*. 60 +T120.The three- dimensional reconstruction is done with the MIP(Maxium Intensity Projection). Results the MIP images of the cerebral blood vessels can really reflect the shape and the disease of the blood vessel and the relation between the tumor and its near blood vessel.Conchusion We think the CTA can diagnosis and distinguish the diseases of the cerebral and the tumor,which is abundantly provided with blood. And it is an ideal method to make operation plan and observe the therapy ef fect.
