下肢静脉造影的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　评价下肢静脉造影在诊断及治疗下肢静脉疾病中的价值。材料与方法　对临床疑诊为下肢静脉疾病的 2 6 3例患者的 32 7条肢体行顺行性下肢静脉造影检查。结果　发现静脉倒流性疾病 148例 ,2 0 1条肢体 ;静脉阻塞性疾病110例 ,12 1条肢体 ;静脉畸形 4例 ,4条肢体 ;血管瘤 1例 ,1条肢体。结论　下肢静脉造影检查是诊断下肢静脉疾病的简捷、直观的诊断手段 ,为临床手术及药物治疗的选择提供了可靠的依据。Purpose To evaluate the value of phlebography of lower limbs in diagnosing and treating diseases of lower limb veins.Materials and methods 327 limbs in 263 cases regarded as having phlebosis clinically were checked with phlebography.Results 201 limbs in 148 cases were diagnosed as adverse motion in veim,121 linbs in 110 cases as obstructive vein disease;4 limbs in 4 case as venous abnormility;1 limb in 1 case as phleboangioma.Conclusion Phlebography in lower limbs is a simple and direct way to supply doctors with dependable information to treat diseases surgically or medically.
