深化农村集体土地股份化改革问题研究

摘　　要：农村土地产权制度创新不足,是"三农"问题久治不愈的症结所在。农村集体土地股份合作制作为一种典型的诱致性制度变迁,能够克服现行农村集体土地产权制度的弊端。作为我国农地制度改革中出现的新生事物,学术界对农村集体土地股份化改革问题的研究还有待进一步深化。本文对当前农村集体土地股份化改革的研究成果进行了分析,提出了进一步深化农村集体土地股份化改革问题研究的建议。The rural land property rights system is lack of innovation,which is the crux of the problem that the 'Three-Agri' problem can't be solved essentially in China.The share cooperation of rural collective land,a typical induced institutional transition,can overcome the shortages of the current rural collective land property system.As a new system appeared in the process of the innovation of rural land institution in China,researches on the share system reform of rural collective land should be deepened in Chinese academic circles.In this paper,the text makes a comprehensive analysis of the research results about the share system reform of rural collective land and puts forward some suggestions for deepening the share system reform of rural collective land.
