摘　　要：本文利用凸二次规划及其对偶理论 ,建立完全垄断市场下微观、宏观经济的凸二次规划模型 ,并指出社会主义市场经济中完全垄断厂商、国家在满足一定条件下可以同时达到最优 .In this paper, we use the convex quadratic programming and its dual theory to give a convex quadratic programming model of micro macroeconomies on perfect monopoly market. And it is also shown that monopoly enterprises, nation can reach optimization at the same time under some conditions in socialist market economy.
