摘  要:在波长532 nm,脉宽30 ps 激光脉冲条件下,利用 Z-扫描技术对20-双层的类化合物自组装薄膜的三阶非线性光学性质进行了研究,此薄膜表现出很强的饱和吸收和自聚焦效应。采用一个改进的理论模型对带有双面结构的自组装多层膜的 Z-扫描实验数据进行了理论拟合,得到此薄膜的非线性折射系数和非线性吸收系数,分别为γ=1.2×10^(-13)m^2/W,β=-2.2×10^(-6) m/W。The third-order nonlinear optical properties of the double-sided nanosize 20-bilayer films PEI/Pe(PEI =polyethylenimine,Pe=perylene-3,4:9,10-tetracarboxylic acid diimide with four sulfonic acid)are investigated by Z-scan technique with laser pulse of pulse-width at the wavelength of 532 nm.The films are fabricated using the electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly technique.The multilayer film shows strong saturable absorption and self-focusing effect.An improved theory model is presented to describe the non-linear propagation of beam through the double-sided films.According to the results of the experiments and numerical simulations,the non-linear refractive index and the non-linear absorptive index were obtained as γ=1.2×10^(-13) m^2/W,β=-2.2×10^(-6) m/W, respectively.
