摘　　要：介绍了一种新型实用的半导体激光稳频系统,主要包括精密控温电路、精密控流电路和激光稳频电路。对电路原理进行了讨论,给出了具体的参考电路和测量结果。结果表明控温电路的控制精度达到1 mK,使得由于温度影响导致的频率漂移小于3.8 MHz,控流电路的控制精度为1μA,使得由于电流抖动引起的频率抖动小于1 MHz,控温、控流电路与稳频电路组成的半导体激光稳频系统能够很好地将频率稳定于原子跃迁线上。所设计的稳频系统精度高、调节方便,可用于激光精密长度测量、化学精密检测和激光冷却等。The design of the frequency stabilization system of external cavity semiconductor laser(ECL), including the temperature control circuit,current control circuit,frequency stabilization circuit is introduced.The principle of the circuits is discussed,and the relevant measurement for the circuits is given.The results indicate that the noise of temperature controller is reduced to less than 1 mK,which makes the corresponding frequency drift caused by the temperature is less than 3.8 MHZ.The noise of the current controller is reduced to less than 1 μA, which makes the corresponding frequency fluctuation is less than 1 MHZ.The frequency is locked on the atom transition by the frequency stabilization circuit.The frequency stabilization ECL is performed with the features of precision,flexibility,which can be widely used in measurement of length,chemistry test and laser cooling,etc.
