摘　　要：简介了 TCAD 软件对碲镉汞器件结构优化的意义;对单色碲镉汞光电器件结构进行模拟以及对存在的问题进行了分析;介绍了双色 MW-MW 结构器件关于光谱响应、量子效率、I-V 特性等方面的模拟结果,以及下阶段准备进行的工作。This paper gives the meaning of the TCAD software optimize the structure of the HgCdTe photodiode device.Simulate the HgCdTe photodiode structure,analyze the question of the simulation.Introduce some simulative results of the two-color MW-MW structure's spectrum response,quanta efficiency,Ⅰ-Ⅴ performance and so on.Then introduce the work in next moment.
