摘 要:采用循环扫描伏安法在导电聚酯薄膜上聚合出聚苯胺(PAN)膜,考察了 PAN 膜的聚合过程及其表现出的电致变色行为;设计并制备了基于 PAN 膜的反射型柔性电致变色器件,考察了该器件反射光谱的电压响应特性。结果表明,电聚合过程中,在-0.2~2.0V 电压范围内,PAN 膜的颜色在黄绿-绿-深蓝之间循环变化;在-0.4V~1.8V 电压范围内,研制的基于 PAN 膜的反射型柔性电致变色器件的反射率及其峰值随着外加电压的改变而变化,表现出较好的电压响应特性。Polyaniline(PAN)films were polymerized on a metal-coated flexible polyester substrate layer by cyclic voltammetry,and the polymerizing process was investigated.A flexible reflective electrochromic device is designed and assembled based on PAN,and the voltage response curves of the device were measured.The results show that the color of the prepared PAN film changes reversibly between yellow-green and dark blue at -0.2~2.0 V during the polymerization,and the flexible electrochromic device based on PAN film shows good voltage response, and its reflectivity and peak value varies with the controlling voltage at -0.4~1.8 V.
