摘 要:利用三维光线追迹的方法,对小型激光二极管面阵的柱透镜耦合系统进行数值模拟研究。利用三个尺寸完全相同的柱透镜,将发光面积为10 mm×8 mm的激光二极管面阵输出的432 W连续泵浦光耦合至Ф5 mm泵浦区域内,在不考虑柱透镜衰减的前提下,在±5 mm的景深范围内,耦合效率超过96%,有利于激光介质对泵浦光吸收。With the help of numerical analysis of three-dimension ray tracing,the coupling system of cylindrical lens for small-size LD stacks was studied.The 432 W CW pump radiation of the 10 mm×8 mm LD stack was coupled into an area of Ф5 mm by three cylindrical lenses of the same size.The coupling efficiency beyond 96% was reached in the depth of field of ±5 mm,without considering of the loss of the cylindrical lens,which would be very helpful for absorbing of the pump radiation.
