摘  要:转炉是国内外主要炼钢手段,提高转炉控制能力一直受到人们的重视。为了降低投资成本提高设备可靠性,采用激光气体分析技术开发出了新型炼钢转炉的动态控制软硬件系统,以取代昂贵的质谱仪气体分析法。激光发射与接收单元直接安装在转炉烟道上,不需要预处理系统,总体信息反馈速度快、设备故障率低。该系统目前已成功地投入40 t转炉生产应用中,可连续监控炉内反应和冶炼进程,从而为转炉自动化控制打下了基础。The BOF(Basic Oxygen Furnace,or converter) is main steelmaking equipment,and the control of BOF is important.The new steelmaking dynamical control system of BOF has been developed with laser gas analysis to replace the mass-spectrometer and to reduce investment cost and to enhance system dependability.The laser emission set and reception set are directly installed on the gas pipe of BOF.No pretreatment equipment is used in the system so that the data are receipted rapidly and the failure rate of the system is low.The system has been used successfully in 40 t BOF.The reaction and process of refining in BOF have been monitored continuously and the basis of automatic control of BOF has been established.
