摘　　要：介绍了一种针对弹壳底火孔加工所用的新型高功率YAG激光打孔机。打孔机由激光器、导光聚焦系统、数控机床控制系统构成,各系统相互衔接,实现了光机电一体自动化打孔。打孔方式采用旋切式打孔,孔径大小以及两孔中心距方便可调。激光器最大功率500W,光斑聚焦直径约0.5mm。弹壳材料是3.5mm厚碳钢,孔壁影响区小于0.1mm,孔径精确度高于0.05mm。机器连续24h工作,运行稳定,解决了传统弹壳钻头打小孔存在精度、效率和质量不高,而冲压打孔又不能打小孔的问题。A high power Nd: YAG laser drilling machine for cartridge is reported in this paper.It is composed of laser,laser guide-focus system,numerical control system,OME drilling is achieved.Helical drilling manner is applied;the distance and diameter of the two holes can be turned conveniently.The laser max power is 500 W;the focused beam diameter is about 0.5 mm.Drilling 3.5 mm thick cartridge carbon steel,the hole affect zone is less than 0.1 mm,and the accuracy is higher than 0.05 mm.The machine worked 24 h stably,the problem of low accuracy and quality in traditional drilling manner are solved.
