摘　　要：介绍了一种新型六路小型集成光电耦合器。它采用独立腔体分隔技术 ,在 2 4DIP陶瓷双列直插管座内制作而成 ,设计先进、性能可靠 ,具有广阔的应用前景。重点叙述了该器件的结构特性、工作原理、参数设计以及特性曲线分析 ,并简要概括了在研制过程中采用的一些技术方法和制作工艺。The paper introduces a new type photocoupler:a compact six channel integrated photocoupler.Adopting separate cavity-comparted technology,the device is fabricated with 24DIP ceramic package.It has a vast range of prospects for application due to its advanced design method and reliable performances.The structure feature,principle of operation,parameter design and analysis of characteristic curve are emphasized,some techniques followed by brief introduction of technology and fabrication employed during the process of research and development.
