摘　　要：介绍了场发射显示器件的基本结构和工作原理 ,分析了传统微尖型阴极发射阵列存在的问题 ,在此基础上介绍了平面型阴极的组成和工作方式以及目前MISM结构平面阴极的研究进展。The structure and fundamentals of field emission display devices are introduced, followed by analysis on the problems related to traditional Spindt field emission arrays. And the principle and structure of panel field emission arrays are also mentioned . Finally, the progress of research on MISM structured panel emission arrays is given.
