摘　　要：在分析JPEG2000感兴趣区域编码标准的基础上,把图像的MDC和EBCOT进行结合并对医学图像ROI进行编码,即利用了EBCOT支持了空间分辨力的分级和对感兴趣区域的随机访问功能,又避免了EBCOT算法的抗网络丢失性能较差的缺点,构成了健壮的码流,同时该方法还支持任意形状的图像,并与国际JPEG2000标准兼容。实验表明,该编码方法在不影响医疗诊断的基础上提高了系统的压缩比。In this paper, JPEG2000 ROI coding standard has been investigated. ROI coding, which combines MDC and EBCOT, has been done in medical images. Utilizing the abilities of spatial resolution graduation and random access to ROI of EBCOT, the algorithm has improved the anti-missing performance via network and formed robust code flow. Moreover, it can be used for arbitrary shape of images compatible with the international JPEG2000 standard. The experimental results demonstrated that the coding method improved the system compression ratio without influence on the medical diagnosis.
