摘　　要：　　Carbon nanotube(CNT)has attracted great interests due to its special micorstructure,properties and promising applications.Variant CNTs microstructures exhibit different chemical,physical and mechanical properties.Therefore,it is importance to control the CNTs growth for desired applications.Up to new,many methods have been used by changing growth conditions such as catalyst,temperature and plasma,etc.[1-3].Presently,an electric field was applied to control not only CNTs vertical growth but also degree of graphitization.……
