摘　　要：介绍了济钢中厚板厂设备润滑分区的情况以及 40 MPa单双线干油集中润滑系统的设计。使用证明 ,系统设计合理 ,运行平稳 ,实现了自动控制定时定量供脂 ,提高了润滑效果 。The equipment lubricating conditions by region and the design of 40MPa single-double line grease concentrating lubricating system of the middle and heavy plate works of Jigang are introduced The practice of application has proved that the design of this system is reasonable and the operation is stable, and the automatic grease supply in fixed quantity and in time can be realized, the lubricating results can be improved and the service life of equipment can be elongated
