摘　　要：济钢中厚板厂原矫直机辊缝检测系统无法适应环境恶劣的矫直机辊缝检测的要求 ,为此对其进行了选型和现场实际改造。改造后的检测系统精度高 ,性能稳定 ,并能适应现场的环境要求 ,故障率为零 。The original roller seam detection system of leveller at Jigang Heavy Plate Mill cannot meet the needs of roller seam detection of leveller in adverse circumstances, so the pattern selection and practical reform on the spot have been made The precision of the reform detection system is high and the performance of it is stable, and it can meet the needs of the circumstance on the spot, the failure rate of it is zero, in a word, it meets the needs of high efficiency production
