摘　　要：塔后煤气夹带洗油、洗油变质、油水分离器跑油等是影响循环洗油消耗的主要原因。为此对粗苯系统进行适应性改造 ,并加强油水分离器的操作 ,使每吨轻苯洗油消耗由 10 2 kg降至 80 kg以下 ,降低操作费用 40万元 /a。Gas carrying with wash oil after the benzol washer,disease of wash oil,leaking oil of oil water separator etc. are the main factors influencing the consumption of circular wash oil. The adaptability reform of the crude benzol system is done, and the operation of oil water separator is strengthened, thereby the wash oil consumption in use for every one ton light benzol is decreased from 102kg to 80kg, the annual operation cost is decreased by 400 thousand Yuan.
