摘　　要：结合济钢干熄焦运行实际 ,对造成提升机钢丝绳磨损、断丝等劣化的因素进行分析 ,制订钢丝绳劣化的标准以及钢丝绳直径测量及断丝检查方法 ,实施钢丝绳劣化倾向管理 ,从而杜绝了钢丝绳断裂事故的发生 ,钢丝绳更换周期由 3个月延长到 7个月 ,年节约维修费用 3Factors causing elevator's steel wire rope inferiority such as wearing and breaking etc. are analyzed according to the practice of dry quenching at Jigang, then the standard of steel wire rope inferiority and the ways of calculating the steel wire rope's diameter and inspecting breakage are established, so the fracture accident of the steel wire rope is disappeared, and the steel-wire rope's replacement period is prolonged from 3 months to 7 months, at the same time, saving maintenance cost more than 300 thousand Yuan annually.
