摘　　要：皮下夹杂是造成表面裂纹的原因之一。为了查清皮下夹杂的来源 ,分别向钢中添加保护渣、耐火材料、炉渣和模内残留物铸试验锭。将试验锭与空白锭对比 ,通过对钢中夹杂物进行低倍检验、金相检验和能谱分析 ,研究了四种加入物在钢中形成夹杂物的特征 ,对钢中夹杂物的来源提供了判断依据。Subsurface inclusion is one of the reasons causing surface crack of rolled steel. In order to find the resource of the subsurface inclusion, four materials including moulding powder, refractory, slag and bottoms in the mould are artificially added to the liquid steel to cast experimental ingots separately. Compared the experimental ingots with the blank ingot, through macro checking, metallographic testing and EDAX analyzing the inclusion in the steel, characters of inclusion made by the four adding materials have been studied, and the judgment evidence of the resource of inclusion has been obtained.
