摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂利用高炉大中项修机会对高炉炉体结构、冷却系统、炉顶设备、上料及槽下设备、炉前泥炮、热风炉和煤气清洗及预热等进行优化改造和技术创新 ,提高了装备水平和设备使用寿命 。The optimizing transformation and technical innovation of the furnace structure, cooling system, furnace top equipment, charging and per skip equipment, furnace mud gun, hot blast stove, as well as gas cleaning and preheating system are carried out by making use of the chances of relining, intermediate reline and item repair of BF at the No.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jigang. This improves the equipment level and working life of the equipment, and establishes a solid foundation for the high production and long campaign life of BF and stable equipment operation.
