摘  要:济钢炼铁系统自 1998年以来通过优化炉料结构、提高精料水平 ,围绕节能降耗、整体优化、系统挖潜 ,降低炼铁成本 ,提高企业经济效益和市场竞争力做了大量工作 ,促使炼铁技术经济指标显著提高。高炉利用系数达到 3 .0 82 t/m3.d,入炉品位 5 9.88% ,综合焦比 5 0 2 kg/t,风温 10 2 7℃ ,休风率 0 .75 6% ,生铁一级品率 85 .62 %。Since 1998, through the optimization of burden structure and improvement of fine materials level in iron making system of Jigang, lots of work have been done around the energy saving and consumption decreasing, integral optimization and tapping the latent power of system, decreasing the cost and increasing the economic effect of enterprise and the market competitive power. The iron making technical and economic indexes are improved obviously. The utilizing coefficient of blast furnace has achieved to 3.082t/m\+3.d,the entrance grade 59.88%,the synthesis coke rate 502kg/t,air temperature 1027℃,damping down ratio 0.756%,pig iron grade A ratio 85.62%.
