摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂 1#高炉通过维持合理操作炉型 ,优化上部装料制度以及采用高炉专家系统等措施 ,顺行指数由5 .70提高到 9.61,2 0 0 0年全年仅发生 5次崩悬料。Through maintaining reasonable operating furnace model, optimizing charge rule and using BF export system, the smooth operation index of No.1BF of No.1 Iron Making Plant of Jigang had been increased from 5.70 to 9.61. Only five times of charge collapse and hanging happened in the year of 2000.
