摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂对影响制粉台时产量和煤粉粒度的粗粉分离器进行技术改造 ,采用了高效粗粉分离器。在原生产条件不变的情况下 ,球磨机台时产量由原来的 10 .5 t/h提高到 12 .5 t/h,煤粉粒度均匀变细 ,有利于高炉的燃烧 ,并降低了生产成本 。The cribble powder separator affecting machine-hour production of coal powder and grain size was reconstructed in No.1 Iron making Plant of Jigang and the cribble powder separator with higher efficiency is applied. Under the former production conditions without changes, the hour production of ball mill can be increased from former 10.5t/h to 12.5t/h. The uniform and fine powder is benefit to burning in blast furnace, and reducing the production cost and creating the condition to implement high pulverized coal injection with oxygen enriched blast.
