摘　　要：介绍了钢轨淬火生产线上钢轨轨头信息的在线检测技术。为了克服钢轨材质、温度等因素对检测的影响 ,采用了“浮动基准比较器”技术。The paper introduces how to detect the moving gap between two steel rail ends as the rails are getting through a quench-processing line where a special circuit named 'floating comparator' is adopted and successfully get rid of the affects related to rail's properties,temperature etc.
