近红外穴位照射治疗心肌缺血临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察近红外穴位辐照治疗对心肌缺血的效果。方法 :80例病人随机分组 ,治疗组 40例采用近红外辐照心俞及内关穴 ,同时服用常规西药 ;对照组 40例单用常规西药治疗 ,疗程均为 2个月。观察治疗前后心电图、临床症状积分。结果 :治疗组心电图改善幅度 ,临床症状积分均优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :近红外穴位幅照有较好的抗心肌缺血作用 ,尤以联合常规西药则比单用西药效果更好。Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effects of near in frared radiation on acupoint in patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods: Eighty patients with of myocardial ischemia wered randomly divide into a treatment group and control group of 40 cases each, 40 cases treated by near infrar ra diation on acupoint. And routine medicine was administered 40 cases received routine medicine alone, and all were treated for 2 month. The electrocardiogran and the clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results: The clinical therapeutic affevts were better in the treatment group than in control group (p<0 05～0 01). Conclusion: The effects on patients with treatment of the myocardial ischemia were much better in using the mear infrared radiation, especially routine the medicine added.
