压电测压系统测量误差因素分析及措施

摘　　要：介绍了常用压电测压系统的组成及其特性 ,系统地分析了影响压电测压系统测量精度的各环节中可能出现的误差因素 ,为测试人员分析压电测压系统的测量误差提供了理论依据 ,针对这些误差因素 ,为尽可能最大限度地减少测量误差提出了相应的解决措施。The composition and characteristic of the common piezoelectricity pressure measuring system are described.The potential error factors in all links which affect the measure precision of the piezoelectricity pressuremeasuring system are systematically analyzed.Thus the theory basis is supplied for the testing personnel to analyze the measuring error.Aiming at these error factors,the corresponding measures to reduce the measuring error maximumly for all kinds are given.
