摘 要:介绍了一种用图像处理技术实现模拟指针表指针和刻度自动对准代替人工对准的方法。首先对采集的图像进行二值化和预处理,接着对图像实施Hough变换找出图中最长的直线即指针,然后分割指针附近区域作为研究区域,再对分割出的区域找出除指针外的最长直线即刻度,对找出的刻度和指针所夹角进行判断即可得出是否对准的结论。提出的方法很好地解决了工厂实际应用中的检定自动化问题。It introduces a automatic alignment method between analog pointer meter's pointer and scale to replace the artificial alignment method with image processing technology. Implementing binarization and pre-processing on gathered image first, it can find out the longest straight line by Hough transform which is just the pointer in this picture, then it cuts apart near the pointer area as studying area; implementing Hough transform again can find out the longest straight line besides pointer that is just the needed scale; judging the inclination of pointer and scale, it can draw a conclusion whether them alignment or not. This method can solve the automatic verification problem in factory's practical application perfectly.
