磁记忆技术在管件裂纹检测中的应用

摘　　要：基于金属磁记忆效应的原理,研究了利用磁记忆技术检测管件裂纹,虚拟仪器系统和漏磁传感器是检测系统的核心。试验表明,运用该技术检测管件裂纹是完全可行和有效的。The application of metal magnetic memory (MMM) to measure stress field around cracks and variation of magnetic flux is studied.In the testing system,virtual instrument is responsible for data processing and displaying results.It is proved by experiment that MMM is able to play an important role in detecting cracks and fatigue analysis.
