摘 要:介绍了用乳状液膜体系对金的分离富集方法。该体系包括流动载体(以N503,N,N—二仲辛基乙酰胺)、表面活性剂(L113B)、液体石蜡(增强剂)、溶剂(磺化煤油)和内相试剂(NaHSO3溶液)。实验表明,在适宜的条件下,金的迁移富集率可达99.5% ̄100.2%。在此情况下,常见共存离子如Fe3+、Al3+、Ni2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Co2+、Sn4+、Pb2+、Zn2+、∑RE3+、碱金属、碱土金属离子等;Cl-、F-、NO-3、SO42-、PO34-、SiO23-等,都不迁移此液膜。只有Au(Ⅲ)可与这些离子得到满意的分离。液膜富集金的方法是一种高效、快速及经济的方法。此法已成功地用于分离富集测定矿石中的金,相对标准偏差(RSD)在7.6%以下,结果相当满意。The separating and enriching method of gold by emulsified liquid membrane system was introduced.The system included a mobile carrier acetamide(N503,N,N-di sec-octyl),a surfactant(L113B),a liquid paraffin(film-strengthening agent),a solvent(sulphonated kerosene oil) and the internal phase reagent(NaHSO3 solution).Experimental results showed that the transport extraction rate of gold may arrive 99.5% ~ 100.2% under an appropriate condition.In this case many common co-existed ions such as Fe3+?Al3+?Ni2+?Mn2+?Cu2+?Co2+?Sn4+?Pb2+?Zn2+?∑RE3+,alkali metal,alkaline earth metal as well as Cl-?F-?NO3-?SO42-?PO 43-?SiO 2-3,etc.can not transport through this emulsion liquid membrane.Merely gold can be satisfactorily separated from these ions.Liquid membrane means is an efficient,fast and economical method for transport extraction of gold.The method has been successfully applied to the extraction and determination of gold in ores,with a relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 7.6%.The results were satisfactory considerably.
