摘  要:太原第一热电厂 16号机组在额定工况下运行时 ,机侧电动主汽门前的三通噪声很大 ,噪声级高达 116dB。由于蒸汽流的运动会产生声波 ,在蒸汽流有干扰的情况下 ,蒸汽流会加速 ;同时 ,声波也会增强。在短距离内如果蒸汽流遇到连续的干扰 ,会使汽流速度再次增大 ,使声波的能级大大加强 ,因此产生较大的噪声。太原第一热电厂 16号机侧弯头B至三通C的距离仅为 10 0 0mm ,主蒸汽管噪声超标的原因可以认为是弯头B至三通C之间的间距太小 ,在短距离内蒸汽流遇到连续的曲面干扰所致。While No.16 unit in Taiyuan No.1 Thermal Power Plant is operated under rated conditions, the noise of the T pipe in front of the main motor-driven valve on the turbine side is very significant, whose level can reach up to 116 dB. Since the motion of the steam flow can produce the sound wave, the steam flow can accelerate under the existence of obstruction and the sound wave is also enhanced at same time. If the steam flow runs into continuous obstruction within a short distance, the steam flow speed can rise up again, which strengthens the grading of the sound wave and produces relatively high noise. The distance of bender B to T-pipe C on NO.16 turbine side in Taiyuan No.1 Thermal Power Plant is only 1 000 mm, which can be considered for the reason of the main steam pipe noise exceeding the standard. This is the result that the steam flow runs into continuous curve interference within a short distance.
