摘 要:对自行研制的 3种新型填料与 1种国外填料进行了挂膜试验 ,并进行了对比。试验得出综合性能优劣排列次序为 :4号 ,2号 ,1号 (国外填料 ) ,3号。其中 ,4号填料挂膜速度最快 ,微生物生长特性最优 ,是一种理想的水处理填料。自行研制的其他 2种新型填料都可快速挂膜 ,挂膜开始时间为 3~ 4天 ,生物膜完成时间 2 5天左右。温度、DO、有机负荷等因素对填料挂膜有影响。试验结果表明 ,新型填料有助于硝化细菌的生长 ,对氨、氮去除率较高 。The membrane forming of three kinds of new packing material developed by us and one kind of foreign packing material were tested and new packing materials were compared with foreign packing material.The tests have given the order sequence of comprehensive properties:No.4,No.2,No.1(foreign packing material),No.3.No.4 packing material has the fastest speed for membrane forming and best feature for growth of microorganism,which is an ideal packing material for water treatment.Other two kinds of new packing material are all capable to be formed quickly with membrane and membrane formig bigining time is 3~4 days and about 25 days membrane forming will be completed.Factors like temperature,DO,organic load have effect on the membrane forming of the packing materials.The test results have shown that the new packing materias are favorable to growth of nitrobacteria,high removal of ammonia and nitrogen,which is applicable to nitrogen removal from dirty water.
