摘 要:钢索式快速升降系统由带机械自锁机构的双联液压缸组件和液压自动控制台等组成。其上、下液压缸活塞交替往复运动 ,实现了带负载持续上升 (下降 )和快速作业。先进的双缸串联结构在液压自动控制台的逻辑协调控制下 ,在提升 (下降 )工况负载不会出现任何下降 (上升 ) ,减小了上、下锚爪带负载交接时的冲击力 ,使负载和承载架构受力更加良好。多组双联液压缸共同工作可实现多吊点同步升降 ,使大件吊装更加安全。The steel rope type quick elevating system consists of double hydraulic cylinder assembly equipped with mechanical self-locking mechanism and hydraulic automatic control console.The pistons of the upper and lower hydraulic cylinder make reciprocating motion alternatively to realize on-load continuous rise (drop) and quick operation.The advanced double cylinder serial structure under the logic coordinating control of the hydraulic automatic control console reduces the impact force during joint of upper and lower flukes on load without occurrence of any load drop (rise) during lifting (falling) operation conditions,the force applied on the load and bearing structure will be better.The common operation of multiple groups of double hydraulic cylinder can realize the synchronized rise-fall at many lifting points,which is more safe and reliable for lift of large components.
